The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) is a charity ride held worldwide on 18 May 2025 in support of Men’s Health: https://www.gentlemansride.com/

Club members and guests wanting to support this cause, without the angst of riding among a large group of riders, are welcome to join Greg Chesher on the Club’s alternative ride:

• meet at Kiitos Café (1 Kalma Way, Campbell) for coffee, with stands-up/departure at 09:30: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ejJTnmbTKiveuZkP6
• ride as a group to the DGR starting point in Fyshwick (Shannon’s Compound) to look at the bikes and gentlefolk, while possibly sampling more coffee and egg rolls;
• after the DGR parade leaves, ride out to the Cotter and onto Tharwa General Store for more refreshments: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XmKhyQoHwbB9WMUn8  before heading home; and
• dapper clothing is optional!
